Aregbesola’s impeachment call :Group asks NJC to sanction judge

Osun 2014: FG Plans To Cripple My Government Before August 9 Election – Gov. Aregbesola
A group in Osun State has called on National Judicial Council to discipline the judge that called for impeachment of the State Governor, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola.
It will be recalled that Justice Folahanmi Oloyede has written a petition to Osun State House of Assembly, asking the House to impeach Aregbesola for the alleged unpaid workers salaries,
Its amazing, that a serving judge would descend so low to the level of a political spokesperson, seeking for the impeachment of a sitting governor. We are asking the Judicial Council to sanction the judge in order to restore sanity to the Judiciary.
Our Judges are placed in high positions, they were often seen as the mouthpiece of God Almighty, so its discouraging and disappointing, when any judge is found in this kind of mess.
According to the group, all the allegations leveled against governor Aregbesola were without any evidence, and the petition was just meant to damage the good record of Ogbeni’s administration.
We therefore called on the Judiciary to sanction Justice Folahanmi, in order for sanity to be restore back to council.
